Brian Sisk has the SRA and RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and provides quality Real Estate Appraisals for Ventura,  Santa Barbara and Northern Los Angeles Counties.  We specialize in various types of appraisal services such as Estate planning,  marriage dissolution, expert witness, litigation support, forensic and field reviews,  income properties, ranchettes, vacant land, exclusive beach front and large estates.  Brian has appraised homes by noted architects such as Marc Whitman, Paul Revere Williams, George Washington Smith, Greene and Greene, Jack Warner and Austin Pierpont.  These notable architects left an imprint on the area with such historical timepieces like the Pratt House, The Ford Estate and the Acacia Mansion.

In addition to appraising local properties, Brian has worked in house with LSI, Metrowest and Servicelink and has quality control experience in over 40 states specializing in the luxury markets across the county.  In October 2013, Brian was appointed to the local Tax Assessment Appeals Board and has been voted the Board Chair since 2017, hearing large scale tax reduction appeals.

A resident of Ventura most of his life, Brian graduated from Buena High School, Ventura Community College and has a BS in Marketing from California State University Northridge.
